This notice explains this DeepReal information website and the proposed SMS notification program. The invitation-only platform may present additional notices for its account and booking features.

This website

You can browse this website without an account. These pages do not contain registration, payment or SMS enrollment forms, and do not embed advertising, analytics or third-party tracking scripts. Our hosting and domain service providers, Google Firebase Hosting and Cloudflare, process technical connection data such as IP addresses and request information to deliver and secure the service.

When you contact us

If you email DeepReal, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your request and operate the service. Our support and business addresses use Cloudflare Email Routing to forward messages to our operational Gmail inbox. Please do not email passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive health information.

Phone numbers and SMS choices

The planned notification program is limited to registered customers who have verified their phone number and expressly opted in using an optional, unchecked selection. We plan to record the account, phone number, disclosure version, consent time and source, withdrawal, and delivery status to respect preferences and investigate problems. Phone verification alone does not subscribe a customer to appointment notifications. Unregistered customers will not receive notification SMS through this program.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Where necessary to provide a requested service, information may be processed by authentication, hosting, messaging and telecommunications providers. Firebase handles authentication; Telnyx is the selected provider for the planned business notification program.

Access, retention and choices

We limit use of contact information to service operations, assistance and security. Records are retained as needed for these purposes and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some transaction, security or consent records may need to be retained. Once the SMS service is enabled, customers may withdraw notification consent in account settings or by replying STOP. Network-level opt-outs may require START or UNSTOP to resume.

Program status and updates

Business notification SMS is not yet enabled. Before launch, DeepReal will publish the working enrollment flow and update these notices if processing changes. Authentication messages requested by a customer are separate from business notifications.
