SMS notification terms

Program status: DeepReal business notification SMS is not yet enabled. These terms describe the planned program; this page does not enroll you or send a message.
Program and eligibility
DeepReal appointment notifications are intended for registered customers with a verified US mobile number who voluntarily opt in. Planned messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations, payment availability and results when applicable, and notices to sign in to view a new appointment message. Message bodies will not include private conversation content. Marketing and promotional texts are outside this program.
Optional consent
Consent to receive notification texts is optional and is not a condition of registration, booking, purchase or use of the service. The notification selection will be unchecked by default. Phone verification does not constitute consent to business notifications. No notification texts are sent to unregistered customers.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and device; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consult the website and your therapist for current appointment details.
STOP, START and HELP
Once enabled, reply STOP to the DeepReal sender number to opt out. You may receive a confirmation. STOP affects all business notifications from that sender number, including appointments with different therapists. Reply START or UNSTOP to restore network delivery; DeepReal account and consent requirements still apply. Changing a website preference alone may not remove a carrier-level block. Account security and registration
Login verification codes are sent by Firebase when you request verification and are handled separately from notification preferences. Do not share your codes. Updating a phone number requires verification and confirmation of notification choices. You may continue using the service without business SMS; available notices can be viewed in your account.
